"Why can't I see my funds?" A Complete Guide to Main Currency and Pocket Currency
Have you ever been frustrated because you couldn't start a trade even after making a deposit? This usually happens due to our platform's unique "Main Currency" system. To ensure a smooth and accurate trading experience, here are the two core concepts you need to know.
The Main Currency is the specific currency currently activated for actual trading on the platform. Think of it as your "primary wallet"—it determines which funds you are taking with you to the market.
Core Principle: All trade margins and executions are processed exclusively using the balance of your designated "Main Currency."
Important Note: No matter how many other currencies you hold in your account, you cannot use them for trading unless they are set as your "Main Currency."
You can change your Main Currency directly on the trading screen.
Pocket Currencies are individual wallets where assets not currently in use for trading are securely stored by currency type.
There are a total of 9 Pocket Currency available, and you can select any one of them to be your Main Currency.
Automatic Sorting: When you deposit funds, the system automatically identifies the currency and places it into its corresponding "Pocket" (e.g., a JPY deposit is automatically moved to the JPY Pocket).
Storage Only: Funds in these pockets are in a "stored" state. Think of them as being kept in a vault; they cannot be used directly for trading until you switch your Main Currency to match that specific asset.
On the right-hand panel, check the Main Currency section.
- In this example, the Main Currency is set to USDT
- All trades are executed using the Main Currency balance only
- The Main Currency balance shows USDT 0.00
→ This means trading is currently not available
Main Currency defines which currency is actively used for trading.

Even though you have funds in JPY, because your Main Currency is USDT, trading is not available.
You have two options:
Option 1 Trade using JPY

Option 2 Trade using USDT
Deposit USDT

Changing the Main Currency does not convert funds. All Pocket Currency balances remain unchanged.
